The Kaleenka Piroshky has served Russian cuisine at Western Washington State Fairs for over 30 years. 

Lydia started selling Piroshky's at Seafair and from there it took off.  You can now find the Kaleenka at over 20 fairs each year.

Attached is the list of fairs scheduled for 2008.  More will be added as we get more information.
